Delivery information
All products leave our fulfilment centres inside the EU, so your parcel does not encounter customs checks, duties or VAT at the border. Shipping is completely intra-European and therefore fast and trouble-free. All orders are packed and shipped within 48 business hours upon receipt of payment in a discreet package. Every parcel is wrapped in plain, unbranded packaging — no product names or pharmacy logos — to guarantee total discretion.
As soon as the courier scans your label, you receive an email containing a live tracking link. If the message misses your inbox, contact us and we will resend the code immediately.
Delivery Times & Flat Fees
Peak-season surcharges (November–December) or force-majeure events may extend delivery by 1–2 days.
- Estonia: 2 - 3 business days – €3.50
- Latvia: 2 - 3 business days – €3.50
- Lithuania: 2 - 3 business days – €3.50
We currently ship only within the European Union. Destinations such as Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other non-EU territories are excluded.

- If a courier loses your parcel (probability ≈ 0.5 %), we dispatch a full replacement free of charge and add a small gift. In the unlikely event of a second loss, you pay only the new postage; we still reship the order and include an extra bonus. Should a package come back to us because it was uncollected for seven days or the address / phone was incorrect, the carrier charges a € 7.36 return fee. Resending will therefore require the return fee plus new postage—please double-check your details at checkout to avoid extra costs.
Parcel Locker / Parcel Terminal Delivery:

Please provide this information:

- Chosen locker
- If you do not know which terminal to specify, you can provide the address (street, city, and postal code are sufficient), and our manager will find the nearest terminal from the address you provided.
Important information:
- The order is shipped after payment is received.
- When the package arrives at the terminal, you will receive a door code via SMS and email.
- WARNING: If incorrect contact information (including phone number and email address) is provided, we are not responsible for a rejected order and do not issue refunds. However, we can change the recipient's contact information, phone number, or email address to the correct ones within 3 days after the package arrives at the terminal.
Courier Delivery

When the courier receives the package, they will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery time or send you a text message. The courier can only leave your package at a parcel terminal if you request it. If the courier cannot reach you, the package will be returned to us. In case of failed delivery, see the conditions above.
- ATTENTION: If incorrect contact information (including phone number and email address) is provided, we are not responsible for a rejected order and do not issue refunds. However, we can change the recipient's contact information, phone number, or email address to the correct ones within 2 days after the shipment arrives in the recipient's country.
